General Policies

  • We accept returns on most products within 7 days of purchase, provided they are in their original packaging and condition.
  • Some products are not eligible for returns, including but not limited to: perishable goods, custom-made items, and intimate apparel.
  • For eligible returns, we will refund the purchase price (excluding shipping fees) to the original payment method or offer store credit.
  • Some products come with a manufacturer’s warranty, which will be stated in the product description or documentation.
  • If a product is found to be defective within the warranty period, we will either repair or replace the product at no cost to the customer.
  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorized repair is not covered by the warranty.
  • We currently only offer shipping within Trinidad and Tobago.
  • Shipping fees will vary depending on the size and weight of the product, and will be calculated at checkout.
  • Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days and will be shipped via our preferred courier service.
  • Customers will receive a tracking number via email once their order has shipped.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
